(Morristown,NJ)- The Morristown 1776 AFC has been struck by an injury bug just as they enter a 3 match in 3 day stretch.
Striker and the club's all time leading scorer is out 2-3 weeks with a pulled hamstring. Central defender, Evan Taylor has suffered an ACL injury and is awaiting the results of an MRI.
Both injuries were suffered during Morristown's 2-0 loss to Walkill FC Monday night.
Marathon Weekend
The Continentals face a test in a potential playoff push with matches scheduled Saturday @ PJASC to be played at Pope John HS in Sparta, Sunday v. Ballyoween FC in Roseland,NJ and Monday v. Parsippany Gators at Madison High School, all matches will be a 6:30pm kickoff.
